Start your Voyage – Getting to Know the Opportunity: The Business or Communications Student will have the opportunity to work in a corporate environment as an integral part of the Procure to Pay (P2P) team in Finance. Work location for this role is Hybrid with typically 1-2 days/month in the Voya Atlanta office for team meetings and other intern networking activities. The Contributions You’ll Make: Responsible for communication strategy, developing the internal Strategy Scorecard, and other change management activities as part of ongoing projects in P2P Work collaboratively with project stakeholders in P2P, Sourcing, Finance, IT, Finance Tech Strategy, Corp Communications and Voya business partners Candidate will manage several ongoing tasks for multiple projects on the team Attend and contribute to team meetings, and be comfortable presenting to stakeholders on process changes Learn P2P technology applications such as Oracle ERP, SAP Concur Expense and Salesforce Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or has commensurate business acumen
• Self-directed, detail oriented and pro-active on presenting solutions for best possible communication outcomes
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, PowerBI, PowerApps is required
• Strong verbal presentation and time management skills; change management experience a plus
• Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
