About The Position

The Strategy Principal, Healthcare Data Analytics & Value-Based Care (VBC), plays a dual leadership role: facilitating the modernization of enterprise analytics strategies at health systems, and enabling clients to successfully achieve business transformation goals—including value-based care program excellence. This position partners with health system executives to adoption of Oracle’s advanced analytics platforms and solutions, empowering organizations to turn data into actionable insights that drive clinical quality, operational efficiency, and success in payer contracts. Drawing on insights from customer engagements, industry sentiment, market trends, and competitive intelligence, this leader will define strategic priorities and collaborate with business and product teams to provide expert perspective that shapes product design and development.
