Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes. The Opportunity As part of the PEVC team you advise Private Equity investors in SaaS & software businesses. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You help clients unlock growth opportunities through software & technology due diligence, post-deal growth planning, and leading transformational initiatives to improve technical scalability, performance, and growth.
