About The Position

Boam AI builds managed data agents that transform messy, unstructured signals from public, private, and proprietary sources into structured, reliable, and always up-to-date intelligence on millions of SMBs and enterprises worldwide. We deliver customized, decision-ready insight that gives our partners - including Uber Eats and Toast - a crystal-clear view of the markets they operate in. These agents power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise. As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and founders to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects. These may range from market expansion and strategic initiatives to international scale up and go-to-market execution. You will operate at the center of the business, owning complex initiatives from end to end with full autonomy and executive visibility. If you have spent 3 to 5 years at McKinsey, BCG, or a similar firm and are ready to shift from advising to building, this is your opportunity.
