About The Position

Rockstar is recruiting for a leading digital healthcare company focused on transforming support for neurodivergent adults across care, community, and everyday life. This client is a highly ambitious, mission-driven organization that values first-principles thinking, meritocracy, and giving people real ownership and scope. Their lean structure and remote team allow them to move fast while maintaining top-notch clinical standards and a deeply kind, thoughtful culture. The Role This company is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to own its assessment business end-to-end. Its autism assessment has transformed diagnosis for neurodivergent adults by making high-quality adult autism evaluations accessible at scale. The assessment process is a pivotal moment for its clients, and the lead will be responsible for ensuring the company continues to deliver that experience with the highest clinical standards as it scales. Assessments are one of the most important drivers of the company and a major strategic differentiator. Over the next few years, the company needs to scale from thousands of assessments annually to hundreds of thousands while improving clinical quality, rigor, and how it sets clients up for success. The lead will partner closely with company and clinical leadership to ensure the continued success of the assessment business, including expanding conditions it assesses for, improving how it supports psychologists, strengthening clinical quality systems, making assessments more efficient, and building the infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing clinician network.

Requirements

  • You have 5–8 years of experience, including 2–4 years in consulting or banking and 2–4 years in early- to mid-stage operating roles.
  • You take ownership of outcomes. When you see something broken, you figure out what’s wrong, fix it, and follow through until it actually improves.
  • You think from first principles. You’re comfortable questioning “how we’ve always done it,” asking why, and rebuilding things when the current approach no longer makes sense.
  • You’re analytically strong. You use data to break down problems and get to answers.
  • You move quickly. You’re comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, shipping something good enough, and iterating as you learn.
  • You learn fast, lead with curiosity, and partner well with subject-matter experts. You ask thoughtful questions, earn trust, and align people around priorities.
  • You are mission-oriented and care about the people your work impacts. The clients and clinicians are at the center of what is built, and you design systems with their real experience in mind.
  • You’re kind and honest. You communicate clearly, act with integrity, and treat people with respect.

  • Define and operationalize clinical quality at scale. Partner with clinical leadership to translate clinical standards into measurable processes, quality frameworks, and scalable protocols as the company grows and expands into new clinical areas.
  • Build the systems that enable clinical scale. Document and systematize what works today, design repeatable workflows, and implement operational infrastructure that supports growth from thousands to hundreds of thousands of assessments.
