This Role As Finch scales, our operational backbone must scale with it. This role takes a broad, cross-functional view of how work moves through the company—across firms, internal teams, and product surfaces—and ensures that our systems, workflows, and structures grow in a way that is resilient, efficient, and high-quality. You’ll shape the strategy for how operations evolve across the business, partnering with leaders in product, engineering, legal ops, and firm experience to design systems that can handle increasing complexity without sacrificing speed or client care. You’ll grow and coach a team of customer-centric and high velocity operators, with the goal of helping each member scale the ground beneath their feet. The heart of this role is systems thinking: understanding how Finch works, where it doesn’t, and building systems to help maintain quality as we continue to scale exponentially.
