About the Role The Strategy & Operations Lead, Provider Growth will own growing our clinical capacity, one of the company’s most important levers. This role is responsible for ensuring we can meet client demand by building and scaling the systems that drive clinical capacity. You will own clinical capacity end-to-end: forecasting demand, managing and scaling the recruiting function, and leading cross-functional work to expand capacity through changes in utilization, operating models, and care delivery, without relying solely on clinician headcount growth. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Product. The scope includes both execution and high-leverage strategic projects, including rethinking how care is delivered in order to sustainably increase capacity. Success in this role directly determines our ability to expand access to care and support >3× growth over the next 12 months.
