About You: Experienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems Relatively deep knowledge in 2-3 health plan ecosystem areas. Working knowledge of the industry overall. Must have a broad understanding of the three market segments including Individual/Family (Retail), Commercial and Government-sponsored (Medicare & Medicaid) Must have broad understanding of key business functions within a health plan including network configuration, claims adjudication, benefit design and an awareness of ancillary products specifically how they interact with the core product. Detailed understanding of multiple business functions and areas within a health plan, including specialization in network, product, operations, clinical. Ability to speak about healthcare issues and topics with competence and confidence. Able to create presentations for all health plan operations and strategy improvements. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to manage competing priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing Designer and executor of data analytics, including financial modeling and analysis. You conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets, and create strategic narratives for senior management teams Collaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level. Hold a Bachelor's degree An advanced degree is preferred but not required (MBA, MHA, MPH). At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $95,000 to $ 135,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
