Nabla’s Strategy and Operations team combines pragmatism and action with strategic foresight — anticipating what comes next. Our team works at the intersection of go-to-market, business, partnership, and product, to ensure that we scale efficiently while staying true to our mission: bringing the best of AI into healthcare. The StratOps team partners directly with leadership functions to define priorities, structure execution, and unlock new opportunities from international expansion to operational scaling and corporate development. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company’s strategic direction, with a strong emphasis on corporate and business development and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with the co-founders, CPO and VP of Sales to identify new opportunities, structure strategic partnerships, and drive initiatives that strengthen our market position and accelerate scalable growth. This highly cross-functional role is best suited for someone who brings structure and clarity to fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex challenges and thrives in ambiguity. This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility)
