The Strategy team is at the center, leading this transformation by defining Suffolk’s enterprise strategy and designing the path to get there. The Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role by collaborating with senior leadership to unlock market and operational insights, define corporate and business unit strategies, and drive implementation throughout the company. The Strategy team is made up of former MBB consultants, with the role reporting to a former BCG P roject Leader.
