When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. Are you ready to turn vision into reality? At Caterpillar, we’re searching for a strategic leader who thrives on creating impact and driving results. As a Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Resource Industries division, leading transformative initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes for our customers. In this role, you will develop and execute mid- to long-term business strategies for the Mining Center of Excellence, working closely with partners across the organization. You will be responsible for strategic support of the entire mining portfolio—covering machines, aftermarket and solutions—and ensure every element aligns with our broader organizational goals. We’re looking for a self-starter with the energy and vision to create a clear roadmap and make it happen. You will understand how organizations work, have strong commercial acumen, and ideally bring experience in mining and dealer networks. You won’t have direct reports, so your ability to lead through influence is essential. This role demands personality, confidence, and the drive to put strategy into action. What makes this opportunity exciting? You won’t just design strategies—you’ll see them come to life. You’ll help solve our customers’ toughest challenges and deliver solutions that make a real difference. This is your chance to transform ideas into results and create lasting impact across the industry.
