About The Position

Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report. As we work together to put the needs of the patient first, we are also dedicated to our employees, investing in competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit plans - to take care of you and your family, now and in the future. And with continuing education and advancement opportunities at every turn, you can build a long, successful career with Mayo Clinic. The Strategy Department Internship is a paid, 3-month learning experience for first-year graduate students passionate about shaping the future of healthcare. Designed as a pathway into a full-time role, this internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare strategy, consulting and organizational transformation at one of the world's most respected health systems. High-performing interns are strongly considered for full-time conversion opportunities within the Mayo Clinic Strategy Department following graduation. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of strategic disciplines, develop critical thinking and communication skills, and contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects that shape the future of healthcare. During the selection process, you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member, and you will be notified of next steps. We value your interest in the role and look forward to hearing back from you.
