About The Position

We're looking for a passionate and empathetic leader to join us as a Strategy & Growth Manager. In this role you will be responsible for driving state-wide growth strategies and managing data analytics, workflows, and scalable business operations. You will be in charge of supporting the operations and business development team with analysis and formulating insights that improves targeting and channel strategy and increase conversion rates through the lead intake funnel. This is a Full-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Atlanta, GA. You will report to the Georgia General Manager and will manage a team of operations associates that work on the day to day of the lead intake process.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in startups or growth/sales-oriented roles.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives while maintaining excellent day-to-day execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with team members and external partners.
  • Deep empathy and emotional intelligence, with genuine passion for helping underserved communities.
  • Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the greater Atlanta area.

  • Experience in the home health care space.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Intake Operations: Streamline the intake process to ensure efficient lead management, accurate data collection, and timely qualification and work with marketing/media for lead generation initiatives and optimization.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize processes, and drive growth.
  • Testing: Create and run A/B tests to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the General Manager,Sales and Partnership teams, and central ops functions.
  • Champion Operational Excellence: Establish workflows and maintain consistent execution across growth teams.
  • Manage a team of associates: Ensure team is supported to deliver high quality work.
