Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Strategy Execution Specialist is responsible for translating approved strategic priorities and strategy-led deals into executable, cross-functional plans that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role serves as the single accountable owner for execution from deal approval through value realization, ensuring strategic initiatives are properly scoped, resourced, governed, and delivered. Success in this role requires strong execution leadership without direct authority, comfort operating in ambiguous and politically complex environments, and a bias toward outcomes, accountability, and delivery. We are seeking a Strategy Execution Specialist to partner closely with Strategy leadership, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other functional teams to validate feasibility pre-commitment, coordinate resources, drive execution cadence, and resolve cross-functional dependencies. This position plays a critical supporting role in pressure-testing strategic initiatives, reducing execution risk, and ensuring that strategy is realized in practice rather than remaining aspirational, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field OR an additional four years of experience (Required)
  • 2 to 4 years of strategy implementation and business process analysis experience (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of strategic planning methodologies (OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, SWOT, etc.); operational processes within the relevant industry; and project management fundamentals (PMI, Agile, Waterfall); enterprise operating models (Required)
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills (Required)
  • Relationship building skills across levels and functions (Required)
  • Financial analysis skills (ROI modeling, business case development) (Required)
  • Risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution skills (Required)
  • Ability to influence without authority (Required)
  • Ability to adapt and solve problem in ambiguous environments (Required)
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and synthesize complex information (Required)
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while writing or reviewing documentation
  • Must be able to work on a computer for the entire shift
  • Must be able to attend virtual meetings with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures strategic initiatives progress from concept to delivered value through disciplined execution and oversight
  • Coordinates early engagement across business units to confirm resource availability and alignment prior to commitment
  • Facilitates disciplined program momentum by identifying and eliminating delivery roadblocks
  • Measures and reports on realized benefits, financial impact, and operational improvements.
