About The Position

The Stategy Executive & Analytics Director will support senior KCC leadership by identifying and analyzing opportunities for continuous improvement, evaluating benchmarketing and best practice strategies, and delivering informed recommendations that enhance business performance and strategic agility. Partner closely with technology enablement teams for the business case development, alignment, governance, and development of analytical and automation capabilities; championing a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and analytics excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: Partner with executive and departmental leadership to identify, align, and communicate strategic objectives across all functions. Develop and implement communication strategies that clarify business priorities and desired/achieved outcomes. Facilitate strategic planning cycles, ensuring alignment and integration of initiatives across departments. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational Collaborate strategically with leaders and managers throughout the organization, serving as a trusted advisor by analyzing opportunities for improvement, identifying and evaluating benchmark and best practice strategies, and delivering informed recommendations. Champion and model best practice adoption of data, tools, and technology (AI, automation, data visualization) to accelerate innovation and operational efficiency. Lead the data and analytics department to deliver business-critical insights by developing and executing strategies that elevate analytical capabilities utilizing advanced techniques. Champion data integrity, quality, and governance initiatives to ensure robust and reliable analytics-driven decision-making. Partner with KCC leadership to set vision and priorities for leveraging analytics to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and trends that inform strategy, risk management, and operational agility. Facilitate open dialogue and alignment between executives and department leaders Oversee change management programs to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Foster collaboration by leading cross-functional meetings and joint initiatives Support employee growth by promoting opportunities for training and exposure to different areas of the business Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams and key stakeholders towards best practice usage of tools, technology, frameworks and methodologies that promote collaboration and accelerate delivery Promote continuous upskilling of the analytics team in advanced data science, business intelligence, and decision science methodologies. Provide leadership to data & analytics function to ensure solutions align with company objectives and reflect changing business needs. Guide organizational adoption of advanced analytics practices, including education for business leaders and end users on the value of predictive and prescriptive analytics. Oversee the management of urgent and long-term projects across departments, ensuring timely and successful execution Streamline enterprise processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Ensure all programs and initiatives follow established best practices and governance frameworks. Direct the tracking, reporting, and evaluation of program outcomes and process improvements, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Oversee the design, delivery, and adoption of analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and business-aligned outcomes. Establish metrics and frameworks to measure the business impact and ROI of analytics initiatives. Drive the identification and adoption of solutions that enhance decision-making, efficiency, and business performance across the organization. Champion enterprise-wide technology and data initiatives, including AI, predictive modeling, M/L, automation, and analytics. Support employee growth by promoting opportunities for training and exposure to emerging tools and methodologies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in consumer and commercial financing operations
  • 10+ years leading or advising on large scale programs and transformations within financial services or related industries
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, cloud data platforms) and their usage in regulated industries
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and delivering analytics that deliver transformative business outcomes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with experience communicating on behalf of executive leadership and maintaining high standards in all forms of communication
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, especially with individuals who do not report directly to this role
  • Demonstrated leadership, with a proactive approach to identifying urgent priorities, anticipating needs, and driving action without waiting for direct assignments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to address urgent and complex issues that extend beyond the typical scope of support roles
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement, creating order out of organizational complexity, and leveraging tools and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Expertise in developing and implementing short-, mid-, and long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Advanced project management skills, with experience overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion
  • Proficiency in leveraging and championing AI, automation, and data visualization tools to accelerate innovation and operational excellence
  • Skilled in analyzing data and providing actionable insights to support actionable business recommendations and executive decision-making
  • Experience fostering organizational data literacy and analytics adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience establishing or leading portfolio risk management or risk-based lending teams is highly preferred
  • PMP, Agile Automation/AI, Data Analysis/Management certifications desired
