About The Position

Sia/LBG is seeking a full-time Analyst / Consultant to join our Strategy & Management Consulting team. This role is ideal for a motivated, analytically minded individual who enjoys solving complex business problems and turning data into actionable insights. You will work across Sia/LBG’s core service areas – Strategy, Market Research, Financial Services, and Product Development – supporting projects that span the life sciences and healthcare value chain. The role offers exposure to a variety of client engagements, from market assessments and financial modeling to commercialization and investment strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, market research, or life sciences analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with strong presentation design skills.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and commitment to client service excellence.

Nice To Haves

Experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare strategy, product development, or commercialization.
2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, market research, or life sciences analysis.
Knowledge of biotechnology, medical devices, and/or pharmaceutical development processes.
Familiarity with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conduct primary and secondary research to assess market dynamics, competitor positioning, and emerging trends in life sciences and adjacent sectors.
Perform competitive benchmarking and technology landscaping across therapeutic areas, modalities, and geographies.
Quantify market potential through segmentation, value-driver, and scenario analyses.
Build Excel models to support valuation, forecasting, and decision-support exercises.
Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations that translate data and analysis into clear, executive-level insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional experts to align market insights with technical and product realities.
Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops to capture key insights and refine recommendations.
Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary consulting environment across Sia’s broader ecosystem.
