About The Position

Factor New Channels is seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Business Operations Intern to work directly with the Sr Manager Strategy & Operations. This role will focus on applying analytical rigor, developing automations, and supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new product offerings.

Requirements

  • Current Undergraduate: Ideally studying Business, Operations, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical: You are comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and have an interest in building automations (Zapier, custom scripts, etc.).
  • Conscientious & Detail-Oriented: You sweat the details. You catch errors others miss. You build systems that prevent chaos.
  • Cross-Functional Communicator: You know how to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Self-Starter: You’re comfortable with the "figure it out" nature of incubating a new business channel and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy Execution: Drive the Go-To-Market rollout of new product offerings targeting Factor for Business (B2B) customers and new healthcare partnerships.
  • Workflow Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and develop automations to streamline customer onboarding, order processing, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Tech, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of new channels.
  • Platform Operations: Support the integration and management of specialized storefronts, actively collaborating with the Tech team on Shopify architecture.
  • Market Research: Keep a pulse on B2B food-tech trends, healthcare partnerships, and competitor moves to inform channel strategy.
  • Project Ownership: Track milestones, manage deliverables, and update weekly performance and growth tracking spreadsheets.
