About The Position

The Strategy Associate works closely with the Lead Strategist to support the full lifecycle of telemarketing and telefundraising campaigns. Our clients span the performing arts, political and social advocacy, and healthcare. The Strategy Associate brings campaigns to life from start to finish, supporting campaign managers, assisting with strategy development (including projections, goals, messaging, and reporting), and helping maintain strong, thoughtful relationships with our clients. A successful candidate will be comfortable using excel and interpreting metrics, and thrive in working to deliver the best outcome for our campaign's mission and goals. Experience in the performing arts and/or mission-driven advocacy is a plus—but not required. We value curiosity and willingness to learn just as much. The ideal candidate blends technical skills with genuine passion for the work you do and for the organizations we work on behalf of. You’re collaborative, eager to learn, and bring a positive, thoughtful presence to the team. If you enjoy problem-solving, supporting others, and being part of work that truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
