Supports the analysis, planning, coordination, and implementation to strategic initiatives, performance improvement activities, and projects identified by the Chief Executive Officer and the various strategic business units across the VNS Health organization. Assists department senior management with tracking implementation and monitoring effectiveness of organizational changes, including designing analytical approaches, data collection and analysis, report writing, tracking project tasks, and helping to ensure the overall success of the department. Works closely with other functions to support aligning strategy and business operations with health policy changes. Works under supervision.
