We are seeking a highly organized and analytically driven Strategy Manager to support new growth initiatives in the U.S. market. This role will serve as a strategic and operational support to the leadership, helping translate priorities into structured research, analysis, and coordinated execution.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across research, data, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting or business strategy
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis (SQL proficiency preferred)
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans
• Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of new growth initiatives in the U.S. market
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the U.S. entertainment landscape
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and decision-support materials
• Support leadership in managing priority initiatives and follow-ups
• Act as a central coordination point across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
• Manage project timelines, track milestones, and drive accountability across stakeholders
• Provide hands-on operational and analytical support across evolving priorities
