Position Overview: The Vice President level Strategy & Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects, implementing effective change management strategies, and optimizing key processes. The position involves close collaboration with project sponsors, project directors, and stakeholders across Front Office, Control & Support functions, and the Head Office. This role requires a strategic and collaborative mindset along with exceptional project management skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. The Organization, Transformation & Strategy team partners with the business to facilitate the development of our platform by leading cross-functional projects aligned with the organization's strategic and operational objectives.
