About The Position

Multifaceted role encompassing the coordination of strategic partnerships, the accurate execution and enhancement of community benefit regulatory process and support for the department's early careerist talent development program. This position is strategic and forward-looking, proactively anticipating barriers to achieving both system-level and departmental goals. This role involves designing, recommending, and executing solutions in advance, while working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field.
2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic and corporate development initiatives by supporting stakeholder communications, timeline management and project documentation.
Collaborates with regional community benefit leaders to ensure compliance with federal and state community benefit regulations and develops comprehensive and accurate reporting of community benefit activities.
Supports the ongoing development and administration of the UCHealth Summit Program, including recruitment logistics for new college hires, onboarding and training programs and mentorship for participants to foster a positive and engaging experience.
Creates presentation materials to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
Assists in market research and data analysis as needed to support organizational strategy and planning activities.
Demonstrates critical thinking, sound judgement, and a proactive approach within the scope of responsibilities. Maintains a strong attention to detail and collaborates effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
