This is a newly created role that is critical to the successful onboarding and deployment of our healthcare product with customers. You’ll serve as the operational bridge between our Sales, Product and Engineering teams — ensuring our clients see value quickly and that our internal teams are aligned throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the healthcare leadership team to refine operational processes, drive implementation success, and continuously improve client outcomes through hands-on coordination, strategic insight, and detailed execution. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and has strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
