The Strategy and Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping the Buyer organization operating smoothly, aligned, and connected. This role focuses on coordination, enablement, and organizational health—ensuring that teams stay informed, leaders are supported, and cross-functional work moves forward efficiently. As the central hub for communication and operations, the Coordinator helps Buyer teams execute with clarity and predictability, without owning product strategy or decision-making. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy's Brooklyn Office Hub or in the San Francisco Bay Area may be the first to be considered.
