As a Strategy and Operations Associate within the StreetEasy RevOps team, you'll be part of a collaborative group focused on driving StreeEasy’s mission forward through the alignment and optimization of revenue-generating activities across our NYC advertising and buyer programs. This team plays a critical role in bridging the gap between high-touch "white glove" sales and data-driven marketplace efficiency, streamlining technology and processes to ensure a unified customer experience and sustained revenue growth. The Strategy and Operations Associate will contribute directly to that success by supporting our weekly rhythm of business motions, identifying business bottlenecks, managing complex optimization projects, and leveraging deep analytical insights to empower our front-line teams and help StreetEasy’s partners succeed. You will have a direct impact on revenue growth by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing the processes our front-line teams use to support customers in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between complex data insights and real-world sales effectiveness to drive a more unified and successful customer experience.
