Role Overview The Opportunity: Drive Operations, Innovation, and Growth We are expanding our Sampling team—a core pillar of our business that fuels brand engagement and revenue growth. Sampling is more than just manufacturing and distribution; it is the gateway to our customers' creative process, influencing buying decisions and shaping trends. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage sampling operations, optimizing efficiency and driving growth in one of our most essential business areas. As a Sampling Strategy and Operations Associate you will be at the intersection of strategy and operational excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage sampling processes, unlock new opportunities, streamline our supply chain, and drive revenue growth. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of supply chain principles, operations and e-commerce.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking necessary. Ability to scope problems and map out path to resolve.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience within luxury industry a plus.
  • Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Sampling Operations: Coordinate initiatives related to sampling to address business needs.
  • Optimization & Innovation: Leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth.
  • Launching New Locations: Coordinate sampling operations and planning for new locations, ensuring successful and impactful launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization—from supply chain to portfolio, sales and marketing—to develop solutions that drive business success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that will future-proof our Sampling operations.
