Strategy and Integration Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing’s Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking a Strategy and Integration Lead to support the Global Financial Benefits and Well Being/ HR Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team. This key role will join the team in establishing organizational priorities, overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies, and integrating various initiatives, programs, and teams to ensure organizational alignment and flawless execution of priorities. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, strong execution and integration skills, and passion for making the company better.
