About The Position

A bold holding company that builds and operates AI-native ventures is searching for a Remote Strategy & Growth Partner who will operate at the intersection of capital strategy, company-building, and high-velocity execution. This person will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership across the portfolio, shaping fundraising strategy, accelerating go-to-market motion, driving ecosystem expansion, and helping recruit the operators and technical leaders who will define tomorrows AI-powered companies. The ideal candidate is a former VC Principal or senior investor who knows how to evaluate markets, tell a powerful story, move fast through ambiguity, and build meaningful relationships across the founder and investor landscape. Salary Range: $200,000 – $300,000 / Year DOE

Requirements

  • 2 – 5+ years as a Principal or senior associate at a top-tier VC or growth equity fund.
  • Deep understanding of venture ecosystems, early-stage fundraising, and company-building dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading fundraising processes, investor materials, and capital strategy.
  • Strong exposure to health tech, healthcare, AI, or technology-driven industries.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical ability, and communication precision.
  • Ability to operate at speed, synthesize complex information, and prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong existing network across startups, investors, and operators.
  • Bachelors degree required
  • High EQ, fast-moving communication style=>Thrives in ambiguity, solves proactively, and takes full ownership without handholding

Responsibilities

  • Lead capital strategy initiatives across the operating companies, including fundraising preparation, financial storytelling, market mapping, and investor engagement.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies grounded in market research, competitive analysis, distribution insights, and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Source, assess, and attract top-tier talent for critical leadership and operator roles across the portfolio.
  • Build and manage relationships with founders, investors, operators, and key ecosystem partners.
  • Support business development initiatives that expand product reach and accelerate traction for early-stage companies.
  • Drive the development of fellowship, advisory, and partnership programs aligned with the companys mission.
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio CEOs and the core leadership team on strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Operate as a self-directed builder who can take a high-level concept, shape it into a plan, and execute quickly in a fast-moving environment.
