Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and Modeling
  • More than 5 years of experience in a related roles.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and monitoring business strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, market research methodologies, and data analysis software.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and business development tools.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and partnerships with key market stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel is required (25%).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep analysis of industry trends, competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks that shape long‑term strategic direction
  • Lead development of multi‑year strategic plans, growth roadmaps, and strategic priorities that align with corporate objectives and business-unit needs.
  • Build quantitative and qualitative business cases for new initiatives, investments, partnerships, operational improvements, and M&A opportunities.
  • Partner with product, finance, operations, R&D, and regional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, challenge assumptions, and drive cohesive execution.
  • Prepare board-level presentations, synthesize insights into clear recommendations, and support decision-making through scenario modeling and strategic options.
