About The Position

As the Strategic Workforce Planning Manager, you will build and refine workforce models, analyze complex data, and develop scenarios that help leaders understand risks, trade offs, and future workforce needs. You’ll translate that analysis into clear, executive-ready insights while navigating an environment that’s often ambiguous and evolving. A successful candidate brings strong analytical thinking, comfort with imperfect data, and the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences. You’ll also play a key role in improving planning tools and processes, partnering across HR and the business to keep everything aligned. What makes this role exciting is the chance to influence enterprise-level decisions without needing direct ownership of strategy. If you enjoy solving big, forward-looking workforce questions and shaping how an organization plans for the future, this role will feel energizing. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
