As the Strategic Workforce Planning Manager, you will build and refine workforce models, analyze complex data, and develop scenarios that help leaders understand risks, trade offs, and future workforce needs. You’ll translate that analysis into clear, executive-ready insights while navigating an environment that’s often ambiguous and evolving. You’ll also play a key role in improving planning tools and processes, partnering across HR and the business to keep everything aligned.
