Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in Embedded Banking, Banking-as-a-Service, or technology enabled financial operations.
Strong understanding of funds flows, reconciliation, processor operations, various embedded products, and related financial institution infrastructure.
Ability to navigate regulatory expectations and implement risk-mitigating operational controls with embedded banking and a traditional bank environment.
High proficiency with server-based systems, enterprise banking platforms, and modern operational tools.
Experience in fintech or high-growth banking environments.
Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale operational transformations

Operating model design, strategic planning, and execution.
Lead cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.
Balance long-term strategy with near-term delivery
Payments Operations & Systems Leadership
SME for banking systems and embedded banking activities
Drive implementations, migrations, and system scalability
Translate business needs into systems and workflows
Risk, Controls & Partner Ecosystem
Ensure resilient, compliant, and well-controlled operations
Manage fintech vendors, processors, and bank partners
Optimize processes through automation and efficiency improvements
Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
