About This Role: We’re looking for a full-time Strategic Total Rewards Partner to join our People team reporting to the Senior Manager, Center of Excellence. This role is a remote role based in The United States. In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling Gainsight’s global total rewards strategy by designing and governing competitive compensation, incentive, and equity programs that support business growth and talent retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like HR, Finance, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in global compensation strategy, incentive and equity program design, and advanced compensation analytics within Workday.
