About The Position

Join HP’s Strategic Talent Search team, an internal, high-impact group that operates like a retained search function within the business. This is not a high-volume sourcing role. This is precision talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive-level partnership. As a Strategic Talent Sourcer, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and HR to shape and deliver talent strategies for leadership, niche, and business-critical initiatives. You will be trusted as a subject matter expert in sourcing, bringing market insights, competitive intelligence, and creative approaches to attract top-tier, often passive, talent. This role is ideal for someone who loves sourcing as a craft, takes pride in precision over volume, and enjoys solving complex talent challenges.
