We are seeking a strategic and technical Strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our network hardware portfolio. In this role, you will manage relationships with global OEMs (i.e. Cisco, Arista, Juniper, etc) to ensure a resilient, scalable, and cost-effective supply chain. You will be responsible for balancing supply with demand in a volatile market, ensuring our infrastructure projects stay on schedule. You will: Identify and vet global suppliers for networking components (Routers, Switches, Optical Transport Systems, Optics, Cables). Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to create accurate forecasts for hardware deployments, accounting for long lead times. Manage hardware transitions (NPI - New Product Introduction) and End-of-Life (EOL) processes to minimize excess and obsolescence (E&O). Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors to track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, and Cost Reduction. Develop "Plan B" strategies for critical components to bypass geopolitical disruptions or supply chain shortages. Ensure hardware meets regional regulatory certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS).
