Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team at US Fertility working Remote.  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM  This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • A minimum of three years’ procurement / sourcing experience required (healthcare preferred
  • Prior experience with automated systems (COUPA preferred but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, conscientious, independent worker
  • Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate options and make evidence-based decision
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • CPSM, CSCP, CMRP or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in healthcare Supply Chain Management environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and contracted services
  • Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, alternative suppliers, and new product innovations
  • Prepare and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs; analyze vendor proposals and recommend optimal solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with suppliers to achieve cost reduction and value improvement
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to support reliability, quality, and service performance
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage contract development, review, and renewal cycles
  • Ensure all contracts & pricing agreements are appropriately loaded into ContractWorks by defined business category
  • Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and quality evaluations; address issues proactively
  • Evaluate product standardization and utilization opportunities across departments or facilities
  • Analyze purchasing data, spend categories, and utilization trends to identify efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives
  • Present sourcing recommendations, cost impacts, and financial analyses to leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate sourcing and purchasing documentation within COUPA procure to pay system
  • Partner with clinicians to evaluate clinical efficacy, alternatives, and product conversions
  • Work with finance, operations, infection control, and quality teams to ensure products meet performance and regulatory requirements
  • Support supply chain improvement projects, technology upgrades, and process enhancements
  • Ensure all sourcing processes adhere to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, supply market dynamics, and regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, CMS, Joint Commission)
