This role offers a unique opportunity to manage indirect categories at scale for the world’s largest medical device company, while playing a meaningful role in driving sustainable cost savings, operational efficiency, and supply continuity across our global Operations Networks. The work we do matters—and so does the way we do it. As the Strategic Sourcing Program Specialist – MRO Operations Network, you will identify, lead, and execute sourcing initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings and economic value while supporting manufacturing excellence across Medtronic’s global footprint. You’ll partner closely with center-led category teams, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate sourcing strategies into execution, ensuring value realization, risk mitigation, and operational continuity.
