What you will be doing: Financial Strategy & Analysis Provide robust financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across supply chain functions. Develop and maintain forecasting models, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting tools. Lead weekly and monthly financial reviews, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights. Data-Driven Decision Support Design and deliver ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to address emerging business needs. Ensure data integrity across financial platforms and establish trusted sources of truth for analysis. Simplify and centralize reporting processes to enable faster, more informed decisions. Process Improvement & Automation Identify and champion strategic process improvements across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics. Drive adoption of automation and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and build consensus around cost control initiatives. Technology Strategy & Deployment Lead the review and rationalization of supply chain applications, developing a long-term roadmap aligned with business goals. Oversee deployment and development of supply chain systems, ensuring timely execution and value realization. Conduct ongoing reviews of application development projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and whitespace opportunities. Refine service offerings and messaging to clearly articulate the value of supply chain initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain finance, strategy, or operations leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Python, Power BI, Power Automate expertise
