About The Position

Doximity is seeking a Strategic Sourcer to build talent pipelines. Working at the top of the funnel, you will combine market research with data-driven insights to accelerate hiring for our most critical searches. We are looking for a proactive "hunter" who can craft compelling outreach and leverage our proprietary technology to connect with healthcare professionals. You will partner with recruiting leadership to develop tailored sourcing strategies and provide the market intelligence needed to influence hiring decisions. Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in healthcare sourcing or recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Power-user capabilities with sourcing tools and a "tech-first" approach to candidate engagement.
  • Communication Pro: Exceptional written skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that drives high response rates.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to optimizing strategies and the ability to pivot based on performance metrics.
  • Organizational Grit: A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple high-priority searches without losing sight of the details.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Partner with recruiters to build customized search strategies, executing targeted outreach for priority and hard-to-fill healthcare roles.
  • Omnichannel Outreach: Create and optimize high-converting job postings and messaging across Doximity’s proprietary tools (Precision Search, Talent Finder), LinkedIn, DocCafe, and HubSpot.
  • Pipeline & Data Ownership: Develop tailored sourcing plans and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand specialties while providing data-driven insights to set market expectations.
  • Performance Optimization: Track and analyze key metrics: including open and response rates to refine messaging, timing, and AI-driven strategies in partnership with marketing.
  • Collaborative Reporting: Align with leadership on hiring priorities, maintain accurate data within Salesforce, and provide transparent reporting on search performance and candidate engagement.
