About The Position

The Strategic Solutions Coordinator assumes responsibility of existing projects to manage execution, ensure accuracy and quality, and provide solutions aligned with the guidance of sales staff and management when necessary. They must effectively collaborate with the sales team; serving as a liaison between clients and company personnel; answering inquiries, providing updates, and delivering a top tier customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality of work or deadline adherence
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think analytically; maintaining a problem-solving mentality and agility to adapt to changing priorities, new processes and sales software programs quickly and efficiently
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in lighting industry; preferably at a lighting sales rep agency
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer and software proficiency required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior project management experience preferred
  • bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Take over existing projects and manage execution process to ensure accuracy and quality; continuously monitoring progress to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Conduct regular checks and quality assessments on ongoing projects for accuracy, communicating all challenges or issues promptly to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project status reports and results to management as requested
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to gain insight and direction to address their needs effectively; providing solutions aligned with the guidance of sales team and management
  • Coordinate information flow and ensure all necessary resources are available for sales meetings and client interactions
  • Serve as liaison between clients and sales team, answering inquiries and providing updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing unparalleled customer service
  • Manage client communications related to project status, updates, and deliverables
  • Troubleshoot issues, offer timely solutions, and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Use sound judgement when making decisions
  • Act with integrity and respect
  • Adapt to changes required by business
  • Assume and complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor
