What You’ll Do in This Role
You’ll be a key partner in supporting our strategic accounts - managing pricing, reporting, and analysis that keeps our sales team aligned and our customers satisfied. Your work ensures orders can be processed timely and accurately, strategies are on point, and business decisions are data-driven.

Requirements

• Basic college coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience
• Learning agility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities effectively
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; knowledge of Access and SQL a plus

Responsibilities

• Interface with national suppliers to produce and maintain customer pricing
• Perform competitive analysis and develop product line strategies
• Support strategic planning and analysis
• Develop and maintain monthly reporting for strategic accounts
• Coordinate multi-division sales and relationships
• Conduct monthly inventory analysis for strategic accounts
• Represent Kirby Risk professionally in all communications and interactions
