This internship takes place at our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN. As a Strategic Sales Operations Intern, you will be a key member of our Sales Operations Team within the Food & Beverage business. You will help the team drive sales efficiencies and sales enablement across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, good at communicating, creative in solving problems, and analytical. In this role you will outline and analyze processes and data with the goal of highlighting best practices, identifying efficiencies, and removing pain points. You will work with many teams including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Strategic Accounts, Management, Marketing, IT, and others. You will also work in many systems including Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power BI, Excel, Oracle, and potentially others.

Requirements

  • Current junior/3rd year undergraduate enrolled in an accredited program pursing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communications, Management Information Systems or a related field.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Outline processes: Work with sales team to outline their processes, data needs, and pain points
  • Sales Enablement: Help develop solutions to improve effectiveness of the sales team
  • Data Analysis: Contribute to sales data analysis to find trends and actionable insights
