About The Position

As the Strategic Sales Director for Assurance Services, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies for enterprise clients and strategic accounts across the United States and Canada. Your efforts will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term partnerships with clients while positioning BSI as a trusted advisor across the Americas. This leadership role is integral in overseeing sales operations, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies while focused on driving client acquisition, business development, and customer relationship management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts and regional sales operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing major accounts through consultative sales and long-term client relationships.
  • Expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of North American market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in French is desirable but not essential.

  • Lead GTM strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client outcomes.
  • Set and monitor clear performance metrics to ensure the sales team meets and exceeds targets.
  • Identify emerging market trends and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth.
