About The Position

Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture. The SRM reports to the Chief Sales Officer, and assists Management and Producers to achieve their goals. The SRM also works closely with our corporate headquarters in Chicago to deliver ongoing initiatives to all locations of the HUB region, and is an indirect report to the Corporate Sales Enablement. Deemed as the HUB Product Liaison, SRMs promote the HUB International creative & administrative marketing solutions to help generate new business and client retention. They are responsible for educating both Clients and Producers on the tools and resources that HUB has to offer, while finding innovative ways to showcase HUB’s unique capabilities. Scope of Responsibilities: Sales Enablement Interface directly with Location Managers, Producers, Prospects, and Clients to present HUB value adds and benefits in sales meetings and new business pitch environments Take lead in the development of scrubbed lead lists, RFP responses (including writing, formatting, editing and finalizing), capabilities presentations, benchmarking reports, premium volume stats, and sell sheets Ability to develop and execute vertically driven sales campaigns based on Producer’s and Region’s needs Work closely with CSO and Sales Enablement to develop and execute local and national training initiatives. Technology Tools and Resources Main point of contact for all Producer and Client facing tools & resources Present in-person and webinar hosted training sessions for individual Producers and office locations Main point of contact for HUB intranet system assisting with navigation and posting regional content Work directly with third party vendors and receive regular corporate training Marketing Work with corporate Marketing & Communications in the creation of and execution of advertisements, microsites, email blasts, and enhancement of Producer social media presence Work with Business Development Team in the development and execution of Producer call campaigns Plan and execute all steps of HUB participation at tradeshows, local marketing events, and including on-site support as needed. Sales Support & Administration Work with CSO to onboard new Producers and acquired locations to promote their joining HUB Administrator for all tools & resources including activation of new accounts, reporting, data mining, troubleshooting, and tracking utilization Responsible for monthly and annual CRM sales reports and auditing integrity of data General problem solver and navigator for employees looking for HUB resources Travel Travel is dependent on the needs and geographic spread of the HUB or HUB Region. On average, 25% domestic travel to offices within the HUB or region, and 2-3 trips to Chicago (Corporate) per year. HUB is an international broker. On rare occasions the SRM may be asked to cross border in support of an initiative, or to attend a training or meeting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Insurance industries preferred.
  • Overall knowledge of insurance is helpful, active license in either industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus
  • AI proficient and curious
  • Marketing solutions mentality
  • Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions
  • Exceptional communicator with customers, sales teams, and technical resources
  • Highly organized master of multi-tasking with an inherent sense of urgency
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to negotiate and delegate

Responsibilities
