About The Position

The Strategic Projects Coordinator supports coordination for strategic initiatives and partnerships that enhance competitiveness, growth, and operational efficiency across NCLH. This position supports cross-functional project execution, coordinates key activities across internal teams and external partners, and helps ensure smooth integration and alignment with enterprise objectives. The coordinator will work closely with project leaders to track progress, manage communications, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the strategic project lifecycles.

  • Proven track record of program coordination with a complex stakeholder map
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business, Finance, Project Management or related field or related field with demonstrated project management experience
  • Preference for 1-2 years of experience as a program coordinator and / or program administrator, working in the context of a complex stakeholder map with multiple internal and externals stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Support daily coordination of new venture(s) and strategic projects
  • Assist project managers in tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones by supporting maintenance of integrated project plans, documentation, and shared workspaces (e.g., project management and governance tools, templates, and processes)
  • Assist in organizing workshops, planning sessions, and cross-workstream alignment meetings to support strategic project(s) and readiness of new venture(s)
  • Own administrative-level relationships with strategic partner(s) and third-party execution support (e.g., management consultants, design consultants, and contractors)
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across the project team(s)
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned
