About The Position

The Strategic Project Manager advances Unbridled’s enterprise-level priorities by leading the coordination and execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives. Embedded within the People & Possibilities (P&P) team, this role partners with leadership and teams across the organization to translate strategic direction into clear plans, shared understanding, and forward momentum. Operating at a strategic and enterprise-wide level, the role brings structure, visibility, and alignment to priority initiatives that impact how our team members work, collaborate, and grow. Through strong project management, systems thinking, and lead facilitation, the Strategic Project Manager ensures work progresses effectively, supporting shared ownership, informed decision-making, and consistent follow-through across functions. While the portfolio of work may evolve based on organizational needs, ongoing responsibilities include leading the coordination of policy and compliance initiatives and supporting stewardship of the enterprise GRC system as a core operational and alignment tool.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience with senior leadership in leading projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key business functions, such as strategy, operations, marketing, or finance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics software.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise areas.
  • Possess a growth mindset and desire to use networking strategies and relationship-building skills to grow business opportunities.
  • Experience supporting governance, risk, compliance, or policy-related initiatives in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Comfort working with enterprise systems used to track policies, risks, controls, or compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support enterprise-level projects identified as priorities by Unbridled leadership. (e.g., Partner Dreams Project, Capabilities Decks, and Customer Service Standards.)
  • Project manage across teams and functions to ensure project clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Build project plans, define milestones, track progress, and ensure accountability to deliverables.
  • Facilitate collaboration, information-sharing, and communication across departmental lines.
  • Support organizational change management efforts for assigned projects, helping teams adopt new processes, tools, or structures.
  • Partner with leadership and the P&P team to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and workflows.
  • Apply organizational psychology and systems thinking to assess how structures, roles, and practices impact performance, engagement, and collaboration.
  • Support the P&P team in implementation of new companies under the Live Event Unbridled umbrella.
  • Improve organizational clarity by refining documentation, processes, and systems.
  • Identify blockers, risks, and opportunities for improvement and present recommendations.
  • Support P&P initiatives and other internal projects that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to UnbridledU course creation, including content development and course building.
  • Support efforts to promote and book Unbridled team members for industry speaking opportunities.
  • Develop internal training on designated systems, processes, or policies.
  • Lead the enterprise GRC platform, ensuring risks, controls, policies, and ownership are accurately documented, and the system remains clean, current, and audit ready.
  • Create reporting, dashboards, and insights to support leadership visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Act as a facilitator and connector to ensure governance and compliance efforts are understood, adopted, and experienced as practical enablers.
  • Draft, update, and maintain corporate policies in collaboration with P&P, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure clarity, alignment, and compliance.
  • Track compliance requirements and support audits, including monitoring deadlines, training needs, and evidence collection.
  • Complete other tasks or projects as needed.
