About The Position

Strategic Project Coordinator– Lead with Vision, Deliver with Impact Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results? As a Strategic Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into action. You’ll lead medium-complexity projects with precision, creativity, and influence—guiding teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering outcomes that matter. Job Description This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Please note: This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing medium-complexity projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong command of project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project methodologies.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Service Now (case management side).
  • A mindset for innovation, continuous learning, and growth.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience leading assurance reviews and post-project evaluations.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for project tracking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of medium-scale projects. You’ll shape the vision, build the roadmap, and ensure execution aligns with business goals.
  • Project Architect: Develop detailed plans, organize activities, and ensure alignment with organizational frameworks. You’ll be the blueprint behind successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Whisperer: Lead engagement efforts to build trust, uncover needs, and ensure alignment across teams and departments.
  • Insight Generator: Facilitate workshops, research sessions, and discovery activities to define deliverables and drive clarity.
  • Risk Navigator: Identify challenges early, develop smart solutions, and keep projects on track with proactive risk and issue management.
  • Performance Driver: Monitor progress, manage resources, and report outcomes with clarity and confidence. You’ll ensure every milestone is met with excellence.
  • Team Catalyst: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
