Strategic Project and Implementation Manager (Onsite) Schedule and Location: Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Occasional after hours commitments including weekends may be required. This job will be located in our corporate office in Wilmington, North Carolina.  We will not be able to accept remote only candidates at this time.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare strategic planning, project management, consulting, or operations.

Nice To Haves

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives through detailed project management.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows to guide new programs and services.
  • Responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions to stay on track.
  • Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to track project outcomes and evaluate success metrics.
  • Support business planning with financial modeling, market research and business case development, by preparing reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Work across departments in the organization to complete strategic grant applications and partner to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and propose new strategies or tools for the organization and work to refine program concepts and develop new service offerings.
