Requirements

• Exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
• Deep listening and synthesizing critical issues into an action plan.
• Facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions for leaders and employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and active participation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with others on the team for th e planning, proliferation, and adoption of strategic programs for AI awareness and skill-building across the enterprise.
• Design and implement an AI awareness program for leaders, including workshops, resources, and ongoing engagement s.
• Engage the program communit y to drive AI adoption, best practices, and peer learning for the targeted audience.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to understand their needs and drive alignment on AI-related initiatives.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform program decisions and measure impact.
• Continuously assess and optimize workflows and processes to ensure the best experience for program participants.
• Track adoption metrics, summarize feedback, and prepare progress updates for leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration through community-building activities.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of AI initiatives with broader organizational objectives .
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support program goals.
