The Senior Strategic Program Manager leads enterprise-level initiatives that drive product strategy, delivery, and transformation across multiple portfolios. This role requires a strong ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps, manage complex programs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with expertise in program management frameworks. Requirements

Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills.
Executive-level communication skills, including storytelling, facilitation, and influencing at all levels.
Exude enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple projects and programs aligned with corporate priorities
Strong strategic thinking, analytic skills, and business acumen.
Ability to lead through ambiguity drive clarity, and create structure for complex initiatives.
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (waterfall, agile, scaled agile, hybrid models, etc.)
Demonstrated AI literacy and willingness to adopt and champion AI-enabled workflows (experience with CoPilot and other similar tools/applications).
10+ years’ experience in a business analyst, project manager, program manager, or similar role.
5 years' experience in insurance and financial services.
Experience presenting to senior leadership and leading cross-functional project meetings.

Nice To Haves

Experience in agile environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to enterprise initiatives by shaping long-term roadmaps, defining success metrics, and translating strategy into executable plans.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making, resolving competing priorities, and ensuring organization-wide alignment.
Take a proactive and structured approach to problem solving—asking strategic questions, challenging assumptions, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Facilitate clear, meaningful communication across all levels of the organization—from front-line associates to senior executives.
Create and deliver compelling artifacts (e.g., presentations, roadmaps, visual models) tailored to diverse audiences and contexts.
Develop, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps, timelines, and key milestones.
Manage complex sets of interrelated projects ensuring alignment, synergy, and synchronized deliver and realization of business outcomes.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive transparency, alignment, and accountability on program deliverables.
Oversee governance and compliance by ensuring adherence to reporting requirements, risk management practices, and organizational best practices, maintaining transparency and program integrity at all levels.
Champion AI enablement by using AI tools and technologies to enhance individual and team performance, decision-making, and innovation.
