Requirements

2-5 years of experience in pricing.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and high proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of proposal processes including generation of cost volume documents/deliverables.
Familiarity with different proposal (ROMs, GSA Schedule, IDIQ, etc.) and contract (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, etc.) types.
Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, CAS, TCoPD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, while managing multiple priorities and tasks.
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet pricing goals within established timelines.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to multi-task between changing requirements and priorities.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent presentations skills with ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narrative in accordance with RFP requirements.
Work closely with internal clients to obtain appropriate data to complete pricing.
Develop and present cost proposal financial data for review by management.
Support contract and subcontractor negotiations.
Support pricing and risk mitigation strategies.
Promote and ensure compliance with of TISTA’s standard pricing processes.
Assume hands-on role in creating and maintaining pricing models and various other tools.
Complete Ad Hoc projects as needed.
